Mini Bio
Frank Diaz is an American actor and former professional athlete from Hayward, California. A multi-sport talent growing up, he ultimately rose through Northern California’s Olympic Development Program, competed in NCAA soccer, and played professionally in both the U.S. and Mexico.
While training at the American Conservatory Theater, Frank shifted his focus from a potential professional soccer career to acting—leading him to Los Angeles, where he booked his first film role as Eva Longoria’s brother in Without Men. He has since appeared in Netflix’s hit series On My Block and brought a pivotal performance-capture character to life in 2K Games’ Mafia III: Stones Unturned.
Off-screen, Frank became the first U.S. representative of Teqball, helping to introduce and grow the global sport nationwide.
Whether on camera or on the field, Frank brings discipline, authenticity, and dynamic physical presence to every project he takes on.
